PulseLite’s programs are non-customizable to provide affordable options. ​

Yes, you may! Kindly notify your event day IC at least 1 month in advance if you would like to change your program.​

Yes, you may! Kindly notify your event day IC at least 1 month in advance if you would like to change the date/postpone your event. ​

Kindly notify your event day IC at least 5 days in advance. If you have a venue, kindly rearrange the booking time.​

Kindly notify your event day IC if there are any changes. Any changes in the pax size is accepted up to 5 days before the event. For events 5 days within, we will bill according to the 5 days before attendance. ​

You may choose to group the participants prior to the event, or we can do it randomly on event day.

We will balance the teams according to the attendance on the event day.

We will act according to the severity. If it is a light injury, we have first-aid trained, AED certified facilitators. If it is a serious injury, your event day IC will call for emergency services.

Unfortunately, insurance is not included in our teambuilding package. If you would like to enquire more on the insurance package for the event, kindly let us know and we will link you up with the insurance agent.​

Of course! Simply provide your event IC with the venue details and contact person.

Generally, we would require 30mins for set-up & 30 mins for tear-down.​

We do not recommend open parks or free spaces unless necessary as these places often require permits or approvals.​

We always advise a venue with wet weather plan so that back-up activities can be conducted. Alternatively, you can book a conference room in your office. Kindly share the space specifications with your event IC.​

  • Light Drizzle: Outdoor Races will go on as per normal. Disposable ponchos will be provided for all participants FOC.​
  • Heavier Rain/Cat 1 Lightning Risk: Event will be paused temporarily, and decision will be made to either wait it out or to provide transport allowance. 

Don’t worry! Prior to the race flag-off, each team will have to nominate a captain. The captains will be added into a captain’s chat for dissemination of information. Should any teams be lost, the captain may simply inform us in the chat & our team will handle it from there.
